Between 2000 and 2006 there were six Ju-on/The Grudge films made. Two were shorter, made for TV Japanese films. The next two were full length feature films, also made in Japan.
Then the last two (during that time) were the American versions.
For all six of those films only one actress played Kayako, the vengeful spirit we all know and love, and that is the one and only Takako Fuji.
This photo is from the first feature length Ju-On released in 2002.
